The track and trace information says my order was delivered, but I have not receive anything. Now what?

The parcel service may have delivered your parcel in a place near your home or with the neighbours.

Check to see if that is the case, and if you can't find the parcel anywhere, send an email to hello@puckababy.com stating your order number.
We will check where your parcel is as soon as possible.
