When will I get the refund of my return?

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product or of receiving the shipping confirmation sent to hello@puckababy.com.

• If the entire order is cancelled: you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs back in your account.
• If part of the order is cancelled: you will receive the purchase amount of the returned products excluding shipping costs.

Return shipments are at your own expense.
